Across a career spanning 22 years, he has served in several universities and institutions as Head, Director, Higher Education Leader, and Executive Higher Education Leader/Director.

He is an Elsevier Certified Reviewer and editor, serving several national and international journals. Several PhD research scholars have been successfully supervised under his guidance.
